Loads for the 404 Jeffery

It's pretty early and I am perhaps a year from needing this. However, looking for some load info and it is not easy to find. From my reading IMR 4831 appears to be a good choice?

Barrel length 24", 1:12
bullet; 400 grain NF
IMR 4831?? or better......

Pressure levels: I would max out around 55 to 57K, maybe even 54K. Since this would go to Africa there is no reason to run pressures in the 60K range.

Only .423 NorthFork listed was the 380, so I used that

This is from the A-Square Handloading and Rifle Manual "Any Shot You Want". It was a go-to manual for me decades ago, and good reading. The data is good, Art was a serious tell it like it is kind a guy, and his data I've check more times then I can count.
