Looking for a spotting scope tripod.

I have a budget of about $100 for a tripod and head so I realize my options are limited. Can some of you recommend a decent tripod/head combo for $100 or less?

I have a Vortex Nomad 20-60x60mm so it doesn't weigh a whole lot.
