Got home from my morning bicycle ride, feeling REALLY hungry...

Remembered that there were two backstrap steaks still marinating in the fridge... Ah Ha! :grin:

Took me about ten minutes to whip up one heck of a good lunch built around two medium-rare whitetail backstrap steaks! Ummmm Good!

The only thing missing was a cold beer or a glass of red wine. Too much to do this afternoon to enjoy a glass at noon.
