Mark V Synthetic 30-06

Bedding an action is only scarey the first time you do it...like other things in life. If you're scared, you can always pay a gunsmith to do it for 50-80 bucks, but if you try it and see how painless it is, you will think, man what a rip off, later. Good luck! I agree it's ready for the woods, but think what it really could do.....

Yeah, that is my problem, I am thinking what it really could do!!!!!

Well I think it is time to let this thread have a rest AMEN!!!!! Thought I would say it for everybody. I have decided to hunt this fall with the 06 as is and in Feb of this coming year I will put in in a B&C Metalist stock and do my load work all over again using my good loads and bullets to see how the Synthetic stock and B&C Metalist compare. I will post and record that study when the time comes. This has been truly a lot of fun finding out what my Mark V Synthetic 30-06 would do and it was not a disappointment at all.

UNTIL THE NEXT TIME AT THE BENCH - bullet
