Hey gents,

I ordered some brass and a bushing style neck sizer from MidwayUSA last Friday. I'd always been happy with Midway's quick shipping and I also happen to have gone to Mizzou, also in Columbia MO.

Anyway, UPS lost the package, and Midway wasn't able to put a tracer on it because I chose UPS Basic. The package is just plain lost and UPS isn't going looking for it.

Without my prompting, when Midway figured out they couldn't put a tracer on the package they shipped out the same items to me today. Again, I didn't even ask them to do it, they just did.

Not a lot of ways I can thank a company for good customer service (other than continued business), but I figured a post here couldn't hurt.

Wow that is great to know! I buy stuff from Midway quite frequently and, as you mention, have always had great service. Nice to know that if for some reason I don't they'll make it right, even if it wasn't their fault! Can't hardly beat that!

That is a good way to keep customers. It is good tell as many people as possible. Not enough of that is done. I think the saying is bad customer service to a individual 20 people will know about it and if is good customer service 6 will be told about it.

They really are a great company. I ordered custom springs for my benelli super black eagle one time and the package showed up empty and shredded. Post office screw up. Without a single question Midway had a new package on the way the same day! They have my business forever!!! :grin:
 
Midway has been great to me. Sometimes their prices are a few more than Midsouth or others, but it is more likely to find everything you need in stock and since paying for shipping from another place would make it cost more, I end up ordering a bunch from them. Good Customer Service as well. They do get enough of my business. At least this is what the wife says. Scotty
 
I had a problem with some ballistic software that I bought at Midway. The description wasn't clear about computer compatability. The software was intended for Smart Phones, not a PC. I wrote to Larry Pottersfield because CS would not exchange it. It wrote me right back and they had Sierra exchange it for me. He was really nice about it.

The couple of times that I have had a problem with Midway and merchandise issues, they have always come through for me. That is why I still am their customer after 20+ years. I am not a big customer but do buy something from them almost every month.
 
I used Midway a lot, until Homeland Security deemed us Canadians as a danger to the USA. I still use a fair amount of stuff supplied by Midway USA. They work through Corlane Sporting Goods here in Dawson Creek, but we can no longer order directly from them.
 
I can see why they would think that an expat, especially a Minister, would be consided a security threat to the left coast way of life (LOL).

Yeah, we're pretty radical. Consequently, there are a surprising number of expats living up here that moved here to homestead in the sixties when land was still available. It can be a pretty redneck sort of area, though it is becoming "civilised."

I ordered another 100 TSX and Win Model 70 Talley mounts from them this morning. I am on their preferred customer list,(as I am Cabelas). To much stuff. :grin:
 
Bought many a items from them..never had any issues uet. Great customer service. Glad to se they took care of it. Nice to see a compamny care so muc for its customers.....unlike some others.
