I've been saving these tenderloins since October. Finally cooked them for my son and I. Sliced 'em into small medallions, about bite size. Slathered them with butter and minced garlic, then cooked them quickly on a hot cast iron skillet. Mmmmmm. Served with baked potato, peppers & onion:
My son was impressed. His comment? "Good food." Yup, kept it simple. LOL.
