Sorry 'bout no photo boys & girls. Stopped by my friend's house this morning while heading up into the hills to give the dog (and me) some much needed exercise.

I hadn't seen his last two mulies... Oh My!

One scores 196, the other is somewhere in the 170's because it's narrow, but has INCREDIBLE mass... What a beast of a buck.

So... There ya go. And yes, I know, this thread REALLY deserves photos... Maybe I can get him to let me take a picture or two of the antlers. Really nice, and both were local Washington bucks. Cool.

Yeah, he's a better hunter than me. No doubt. Scotty - he's a veteran of the same stuff, USMC.

There seems to be some big bucks hanging out in some places where they are seldom seen. But, then, they get to be big by being smart. I've seen a few big fellows up this way, but the average person doesn't often see them, settling for what is more common. Sounds like he connected on a couple of fine animals, Guy.

With both Mulie & Whitetail deer (BIG) 8) almost always comes with being very smart.
Unfortunately rut sometimes clouds their brains as it does with many species !

Blessings,
Dan
