My Daughter Lost Her Best Friend

My daughter Danielle lost her best friend Easter Sunday. KA Touched by Fire aka Fire was a registered Arabian that she had been with for 24 years. He had just turned 31.
His final resting place is out back where he can still be close to us and we can be close to him. He was a pretty good boy. Happy trails Fireman.

A beautiful animal, Jim. We do miss our friends, and these beautiful animals are friends. They do give great joy to those who enjoy them. No doubt Fire will be missed.

Sympathies to your daughter and all who enjoyed that beautiful animal. Always wanted to have a soft spot for a horse.... life just never worked out that way. Pretty cool that she had that opportunity. Made me think of one of my favorite poems and poets.....
