Tikka makes a fine rifle, and they do stand behind their product.

I do believe that Nosler has fixed the feeding issue with the 6.5 PRC. The M21 uses a Wyatt box and that had to be redesigned. I've got one in 308 Win that's slicker than snot and shoots lights out.

Being European, I like my Tikka. Easiest rifle ever.
But my Savage works as supposed, too.
For half or less the price of what you paid.
If they are not able to fix it (which they should have done before selling it), they should take it back, give you your money and wish you well with the next rifle
