Need load data for 180 gr. AccuBond for .300 WM

I want to try the 180 gr. AccuBond in my Remington .300 Win. magnum. I don't have the Nosler reloading manual yet. I will be using my .300 WM for deer hunting in Tennessee this fal. Thanks, gearyr.

I have loaded the 300 Win Mag with 75.5 grs RL22 and 180 gr PT Gold,
W-W cases and Federal GM215M primers for my buddy. He is getting .75" groups. Start with 71.5 grs and work up towards Max load of 75.5 grs.

Should shoot good for you with the 180 AB but your rifle will have final say to which bullet/ powder combination it perfers.

The other powder to try is h4831/h4831sc, with the sweet spot around 74-75 grains. My CDL actually does better with the h4831 than the R22, plus if temperature sensitivity matters to you the h4831 has the edge on that as well. But every rifle is different.

My standard load is 76 gr of Rl22, this load shoots very well with many different 180 gr bullets in several friends as well as my own rifle . tweak as necissary.

I've just went through the exercise of finding a load for my .300 Win Mag. I have a Ruger Mark II stainless with laminated stock. I'm using new Winchester cases, 180 grain AccuBond, Federal match magnum primers. I tried RL-22 first and worked up to 75.5 grains. Best group was 1.9". I tried several groups at different times with same or worse results. I then tried IMR-7828, IMR-4350, H-1000 and H-4831. I shot a group this morning using 72.0 grains H-4831 that measured .88" center to center. Using 70.5 grains of IMR-4350 resulted in just slightly larger group. There isn't a universal powder that works in all guns. All groups were 5 shots at 100 yards.

I typed the above and thought I had used 72.0 of H-4831 actually the load was 73.0 grains of H-4831 and the 100 yard 5 shot group measured .72" center to center.
