I don't know where I have the build sheet for that rifle, so I cannot confirm that it was a Schneider barrel, but it was accurate!

Too much gun for a doe though, isn't it?

I was considering the suppressed .308 Ruger GSR with 165gr. GMX.

It was a Winnie custom sun. I remember well it was a Schneider. That is what winchester used in their customs back then.

Winchester Custom Sporting Sharpshooter, built by H-S Precision for the Winchester Custom Shiop.

I just looked at the load I used for the .22" group - IMR4350 - 72gr. ~3400fps. at sea level.

If it ever cools down around here, I'll go chrono that load at ~2300ft. It should shoot really flat at 6900ft.
