New .375 H&H

The 2.5 would be my choice.
But if I were to buy a scope for it,I might look real hard a the 1.5X5 VX3 or better yet the 1.75X6 , beacuse of the larger objective,
What kind of bear you talking about ?
I would practice reloading that baby with out taking your eyes off the target.
A single shot after a grizzly would be quite exciting.
I would think any good stout bullet should do the trick...tj3006

I am going to try and make a 375 my next rifle. I really would like the Ruger Alaskan in 375. It looks like a perfect rifle bears, and would be a hoot to carry after elk too. Gotta save my duckets and hope Uncle Sam is good to me this year! Scotty
