I would go with a 165 gr AB or BT in the 30-06, which ever one shoots the best. In the 300 Win Mag, I would use the 180 gr AB with 75.0 grs RL 22 and never look back.

+1 on what JD says. The 165 is just built for the 30-06. The magnums cry out for 180 grain.

180g nbt's for both. They even work as a deer and elk bullet out of both.
All I've ever loaded for myself, family, and friends. They've killed quite a few animals with them from there 300's with 75g RL-22.

My first antelope I ever shot was in Wyoming when I was 15 with my 300 Win mag and 180g nbt's at about 250 yards. Through his shoulders and out his neck. Needless to say, DRT and a nice exit hole to boot. Cant go wrong with the heavier nbt's.

Idealy +1 To JD's statement...... If you did want just one bullet between the two the 180gr B-tip or A-bond should sufice.

For just antelope, I'd shoot the 150gr BT.
180gr BT if I wanted to use the same bullet for elk.

I agree with antelope sniper.
The 150gr in the 30-06 is the ticket.
A Pronghorn is not a hard animal to bring down if "punched" in the boiler room. I have seen them go long distances if poorly shot.
That being said, you should shoot what you like and have confidence in. I would look at the down range ballistics of the 180 and the 150. A flatter shooting bullet should be considered due to the potentially longer shooting distance you might encounter. Just my two cents worth.
The 30-06, IMHO, is the best all around caliber available.
Good luck on your hunt. Chasing Pronghorns is great fun. If you have never hunted them, you are missing out on one of the most enjoyable experiences in the hunting world.

I should explain that I'll be useing my #1 7Mag. the 06 will be used by some one (un decided) that I bring along. probably someone young from my church that doesn't have a rifle. the 300 will more than likely be used by my son. although for pronghorn, I would prefer he use the .243 or his sisters 7MM-08. eithe way the 06, 243, 7MM-08 and the 300 will probably be used by someone.

Don't forget the 168BT, you get a BC bump with just 3 gr. more weight.
