Has anyone used this powder in the .223/556? with 77 grain bullets?

I read the new Norma reloading manual and it says that 2900 fps is possible from a 16 inch 1:7 twist AR-15!

That would certainly be impressive! Wonder if that's using the higher pressure 5.56?

Yes, it was listed as NATO, not SAMMI pressure and a NATO chamber.

Id be very happy to match my 77 grain CBC ammo's velocity with the SMK, 2835-2870 fps from a 20 inch!

I haven't used in 5.56 yet but it's awesome in .308 for heavy bullets and meters very consistently.
