Nosler 64gr BSB

Finally got them to shoot well out of my 788 22-250. Has any one shot game with them. Deer by the house are pretty small. Sometimes just because you can doesn’t mean you should. Just wondering on game performance. Less than moa at 100 and 200 which is pretty much what I’m capable of shooting. I would assume the weatherby should also do well with them. Seems like too much bullet for coyotes but how would the be on deer.

I bought a 1,000 of these from RRP a few weeks ago and have since shot them out of my Afghan N4. I was able to quickly get them to work with IMR 8208 XBR in L.C. Brass @ 1.915” which puts them right on the top edge of the cannelure.

I haven’t shot them past 100 yards yet. That said I was hammering a 12”x12” steel plate yesterday with this carbine @ 230 yards using the 77 gr. SMK’s.

I've used them out of a fast twist 22-250 on a couple of Whitetail and they were flawless. I never recovered a bullet as they both passed through. Ballistically, they aren't the fastest, due to weight and shape, but I found them to be very accurate and consistent.

Thanks for the support. I love the idea of doing a build. Got my operating systems mixed up. I would prefer a piston system as opposed to a gas block. My bad.
