Nosler Solid Base bullets are back

I see Nosler Solid Base bullets are back. 6mm and 30 cal, plus some others.

Solid bases were not around.

Any thoughts about them for hunting bullets?

The Solid Base bullets are great bullets for deer. I've used the 308 165 SB in a 308 Win and 6.5 140 SB in the 6.5 Wby RPM to take WT deer. Both loads also shoot .5 MOA.
I will use the 140 SB in the 6.5 Wby RPM this spring on TX hogs.

Man, that 64 BSB .224 bullet has been a dandy hog hammer in my AR's and it's an accurate little slug, as well.

I've used them in 6mm rem and 30-06. Accurate and very good hunting bullets. My son and I have taken deer and black bear with them.

I'll probably buy a box to try in my 7-08. Found them at Midway for 26 bucks. I wonder if they are a little bit "tougher" than the 140 Sierra GK's. The GK is a great bullet but can be just a tad soft, depending!

Do they act more like the old BT’s or new BT hunting, concerning expansion?
