We have the 257, 300, 340 and 460 in the family arsenal and everybody in the family loves the 257 and 340. Those two get a lot of use in a family with six hunters. the 300 gets some use and the 460 is basically a conversation piece, but t does get shot occasionally. I have had this conversation with Scotty and I would not be unhappy if all I had was the 257 and 340, especially the 340, it will handle everything we want to hunt in this neck of the woods.
