outstanding Accubond performance on elk.

Congratulations on a dandy bull elk. Nice recovery on the 338 250 gr AB.
Great bullet. I pushed Nosler to come out with the 250 gr AB for 3 years and
was thrilled when it came out. I run this bullet in my 338 RUM at 3000 fps.

Have been using Accubonds for a number years now they are top shelf in my opinion!! Some people state they are too expensive but in a hunting trip the bullets are our cheapest expense.

Blessings,
Dan

I have also mostly been a Nosler Partition user for 50 years, like Bill. He has killed many elk more than I have but I have killed lots of deer and some elk. Most all with the Partitions, mostly from .243 Gak, 95 gr PT's to .338 WM, 210 Partitions. Most deer were killed with 130 gr PT, .270 Win, 160 gr PT 7mm Rem Mag and 165 gr PT, .300 H&H. With deer in particular, I have missed a couple during all these years but most all were DRT on first bullet. I have a very high opinion of Partitions for most game.

I too believe in the Partition, only started using the AccuBond a few years ago in the Jarrett. Both shoot sub MOA. In the Jarrett. The wife's cow elk was dead before it hit the ground from the effects of a 180 grain Partition.
