recently got turned on to this pasta salad . the family thinks it's delicious . I thought I'd share .

the first time Denise made it , I got out the meat slicer to slice the cucumber , and onion . I told my son I sliced them so thin you could just about see through them . He warned me that very thin sliced will spoil faster than just thin sliced , so now we thin slice with a knife .

I do believe that would be one of those that gets in my mouth. Looks and sounds delicious, Jim. A real summer time treat.

I love pasta salad!

We make it quite differently, using multi-color noodles of some sort, with cucumber, green pepper, a mix of cubed cheddar and mozzarella cheese, and basically an on the fly balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing seasoned with an Italian seasoning mix and granulated garlic. Made it for a girls birthday party once. So good.

We found that balsamic vinegar is really the key for making good, quick and easy dressings for our taste.

Jim,
The pasta salad looks delicious.

We are big fans of Balsamic Vinegar and Olive oils!

Yeah, I recognized the outline of the state. I did take a close look. However, I thought I should yank your chain. It all looks pretty good from here. I'm forced to infuse my own oils. That would sure be convenient. (y)

I know Mike. The 18 year Balsamic is amazing.
Just tonight Sue reduced some in a sauce pan for the brussel sprouts cooked in the air fryer.
Spectacular!
