Treasury Secretary Jack Lew said on Fox News Sunday that the scandals are phony because of the repubs attempt to tie Obama to them. That's what I think the repubs are trying to do too, and I think that's a huge mistake - not that I think he wasn't involved.

What the repubs should do is not mention Obama or the WH in any of their statements, but instead go full-on to burn all of the underlings in the various federal agencies who were involved, beginning with the IRS agents/administrators who were behind the profiling of conservative groups. Even use a little reverse psychology on the media, saying that an American President would never use a federal agency to abuse and persecute American citizens, or deny them their Constitutional Rights. After some dozens of the low levels are charged with felonies, and the trials begin, more of them will cave and will give up the next man/women up the chain in exchange for amnesty. Start at the bottom, and work your way up. It'll eventually get those responsible. Starting at the top will never work.
