Powder grain size

Got to thinking about this question related to another issue and wondered, has anyone ever run across a chart that specifies the physical grain size of various powders? Not that it is really important but I'm just curious.

I know there is a burn rate chart but wondered about the physical poder grain sizes

Not sure they do it anymore but "PROPELLANT PROFILES" was published. Some powders they give you size and show it on a 1/10" grid and give run down on how it was made etc.

Interesting. ANyone have a copy that can give that information?

THe latest (New 2nd addition) sells for around $40.00 so before I go ahead, I'd like to hear from someone that has one.

I have Vol 1 (1966 to 1982) 2nd addition (1966 to 1986). You might want to call and see what dates they have before buying.
