Just arrived my new lathe, will do some fine metal precisión work

Looks like a thread chaser's dream to me. I am really jealous. I worked in the machine tool industry for about 40 years in various disciplines. Now that I'm retired with no access to lathes or mills, I wish that I had went ahead and purchased one of each like I'd intended to do years back.
You will do some good work with that one.
