What do you folks use to protect dies from rusting when not in use. I live in a high humidity area.

I just use a light spray of REM Oil. They typically don’t seem to need much but some of the case lubricants are water based. I also had some I would take to Alaska with me and they did get a little flash rust. But this time of year I’m pretty well done shooting and getting to hunting so as I finish up my loading I’ll clean the ones I’ve been using and hit them with the rem oil.

I use Gibbs lubricant. Spray any new metal before putting it in the field.
Guns, Locks, reloading dies etc. Ace hardware guy put me on to it. If you go to their web site, you'll see they ahve Harley Davidson Roots and made it for many environments including Marine.

Back story, in 2020 the Sanford Edenville dams broke releasing 29Billion gallons of water into the Titabawasse River ... 5.5' of it settled into my reloading room for 3 days..... I used Evaporust to clean up things and Gibbs to protect it from rusting again.

I keep the humidy in basement under 50% during the summer months... and less in the winter. no issues with rust.
