QL Help...another Ackley!

OK, I have the rifle coming, a 257 Ackley Improved. To keep myself out of C4 territory ( like my old 35 Whelen AI) would some one run me Load Data, for now, the 110 AB and 120PT? Barrel is 24" long. I don't know as yet what COL it will need. Oh yeah, I'll be using Nosler brass. I would like to run it at 270 Winchester pressures. Thanks ( and my one good eye thanks you too!) Jim

Thanks Doc....does QL show the 257 Imp going higher than 50K for pressure? I would think it could go 62K safely?

For the 257 Roberts Imp, QL calculates 3550 bar or 51499 psi.

I think you'll easy get 3000 from it Jim. The old Winchester barrels were cut a touch oversize so speed tends to come easy. I'm thinking you'll do fine with either bullet and RL26.
