The smallest Federal bullet listed is the .257 115 grain TBBC. I would be inclined to use the 62 grain data, working up with caution, watching for pressure signs.

I have found that the fusion is about the same as a Gold-Dot in terms of being electrically plated. Some on an AR15 forum suggest that they are essentially the same with the GD being 2 grains heavier. My Speer #14 shows neither bullet as a component but it does show a 62 gr FMJ. I will start low with that data and work my way up.
