I have a Sako 75 in .270 that fouls with copper more than my other rifles. I shoot accubonds and I am wondering if the AccuBond CT's would actually leave less copper fouling than the standard Accubonds?

I have used several flavors of CT bullets. I have never seen a difference.

I use the 150grn Silver-Tips out of my .280.
I had one shell that rolled around in my ATV bag for half a day this year.......When I found it, I wondered what the heck......nice copper colored with a silver tip. doesn't take much for it to come off.

I answered my question. Lubalox does nothing from what I found.

I guess a black bullet looks better than a copper bullet sitting atop of a silver case....for what that is worth.

I don't know much about Lubalox but here is what I use. It's called EEZOX and it is the best gun cleaning and rust preventative I have ever used. I have been wiping the bore of all my rifles and handguns with this stuff for several years now and have noticed that I get almost 0 lead and copper fouling.

Here's a link to their site. http://www.warrencustomoutdoor.com/eezox.html
