Quick load request

At the range today I got into a very in-depth conversation with a guy about reloading for the 6.5 CM. I have been loading for about 15 years and I still research all my loads. That said, the guy recommended a load for me and after lots of research and not finding anything about the load in question, I am asking for help from you guys. The load is 140 gr ELD-M over 36.5 gr of Benchmark powder and CCI 250 primers in Hornady brass. OAL is 2.71"...the load shot amazing one hole groups and speed is averaging 2750 fps.

Is this a safe load?

It may be slightly warm, but it is not what I would consider excessive.
