Now one thing more...after you get a good full caliber int he neck and try them and if they still don't shoot, take your best load and then "put a CCI BR2" primer in! If it won't settle down with the magnum primer "it could be" that ignition is too violent ( or whatever the right Internal Ballistics terminology is) from the magnum primer. Hey, its only time & money, right? Look at the trigger time your are getting though! I only have one load with a magnum primer, my R15/250PT. All the rest are BR2. I went to the BR2 during the summer between my first and second year at Bible School. Only rifle I owned at that time was the 1917 (sporterized by then) my uncle gave me when I was 16. I had been reading a lot and the "primer pocket uniforming/flash hole deburring articles were around ( '87) and I got the hand tools to do it myself ( Sinclair Intl). I weighed my cases, did the uniforming and it actually did cut my groups in half! I then began to notice that even my tight groups were vertically stringing ( or stacking in this case). I read an article in Handloader magazine that was very informative and got some BR2s ( I could only buy a box of 100 at a time...money too tight to mention! ha) Bingo! Bugholes most of the time, if I held my mouth right and I was having a good day ( hey, even Preachers have their moments!) Not every rifle has responded to these little tricks, but if the rifle shows promise, it usually helps a lot. Off to work I go! Have a blessed day Dude.
