Got out to the range today with my Zastava .375 H&H.

Looks as if you are on the right path with that load. I would think that will work quite nicely on moose, or elk, or black bear, or... (y)
 
I just played with 77 grains of RL 19 and the 300 grain AB in my number 1 today. Your groups is a little better then mine, good work.
 
Yes, tried H4350 and the 300gr PT and did not do so well. Just picked up some RL15, so will be trying it with the 260gr AB.
 
It is that time of year when we start to work on some great loads for the fall. I am sure that you will have your rifle shooting very small groups in short order (y) .
PS. The 375 H&H is my favourite big gun.

Yes Dan, it is a very nice "heavy" rifle. Not too much recoil, and capable of outstanding accuracy. Next on my list is to replace the hockey puck recoil pad with a Limbsaver or Decelerator.

I have a Leupold 3-9x50 mounted on it in with Warne bases and rings, and seems like a nice match.
