What an ideal cartridge and set-up for a lightweight do everything rifle. You could hunt the timber, open plains as well as 1000yd targets and not be out of place. What scope do you plan on mounting?

What an ideal cartridge and set-up for a lightweight do everything rifle. You could hunt the timber, open plains as well as 1000yd targets and not be out of place. What scope do you plan on mounting?

MAYBE 2 scopes a Swarovski on the range 4-14x and leupy 8.5x25 for long range work, the main problem is that the rifle its not mine, just worked the bedding on it, for sure its a multipurpose rifle, and belive me its light.

guy Im more traditional like Broughtons bartleins Obermeyer....and the list goes on, without
flutes, but fore sure I like the weight and handleing characteristics of this setup.

How's that stock working out?

Been using IMR4350. easy!!! didnt like bergers 185, loads
with Sierra 165gr SPBT, will see with Noslers for sure will
be better.

the stock mcmillan for sure very fb, we have another
project with the manners 2.5lbs stock, Ill post as the
rifle is been made, also Christensen Barrel, Rmy action,
but now manners snow cammo @ 2.5lbs stock.
