Been working on this combo for about two weeks now. Tested loads last weekend with different powder charges all seated .010" off the lands. None were spectacular, but 42 grains showed the most promise. I tried three loaded .010" off the lands, six at .005" and three kissing the lands. All came in sub moa which is far more than I would need in the terrain I hunt, but they aren't as accurate as my 140 Gameking load from last year. I just wanted to try something different this year, and picked the hotcor. Believe I'm gonna settle on 42 grains ,and seated .005" off the lands.

I would seat them deeper. You may pull that 3rd round in. Very nice shooting.

I had thought about doing that, but figured I would try going farther out first. That's where my gamekings shoot best at. At .020" they was grouping in the 1 1/8- 1 1/4" range. I may play with them a little more, but rifle season is about a month away. 200 yards is a long poke for where I hunt, most of the shots are inside a hundred. If I get a little spare time I'll try .030" - .050" and report back
