Can someone give me some load info for the accubonds and rl22, c.o.l, and speed for 140gr accubonds. I dont have a nosler manual and I'm trying to work up some loads for my win model 70 .280rem.
Thank you
Elmer

elmer,

Viht N-165 @ 57.0grns ( max, use caution)
Win Nickle Cases
CCI BR-2 Primers
150grn Silvertips
700SS and too like JD under MOA
Only issue is, Viht comes in 2lb containers if it doesn't work, there was a lot of money spent.

jd338 gave you the web page, start at 56gr & work up. In my .280 RL22 performs well but IMR7828 is even better. H4831sc is also good w/ 140gr bullets.

I just did some load development for my Remy 700 Mountain Rifle in 280 Remington. I got excellent results with RL19 and IMR 4350. The tightest 3 shot groups were at .75" with both powders.

I am a real Reloader 15 fan for several calibers. Have used Reloader 19 and 22 for a couple of different rifles. But for the 280 I go with H4831. Excellent accuracy and supposed temperature insensativity.

I cannot say if the temp insensativity makes any difference or not. Never chrony'd the difference or compared accuracy seasonally. I really should try Reloader 22 as many of the 280 shooters on this site swear by it.

RL22 is my go-to powder for all of my loads. RL22 is definitely temperature sensitive.

Very tight second place is IMR 7828.
