Does anybody know if IMR powder and Hodgen Powder are the same powder, just sold under 2 different brands. I've looked and a lot of the there products carry the same name. I know they are owned by the same company, along with Winchester powder.
Get a powder burn rate chart off the internet and you will see while some are close they are not the same and you should never mix or use the same data for these powders! Follow the data for that exact powder.
Many of the Hodgdon powders are actually ADI (Australian) produced powders, rebadged and repackaged by Hodgdon. They definately should not be confused with the IMR powders.
