Looking for ingredients for making some homemade sausage. The past year a family member was diagnosed with Celiac so it needs to be gluten-free. Checked with the processor we go to and unfortunately the anti caking product they use contains gluten.
In the past Ive made with some of the store bought packs but they cant guarantee. So i figure i would give it a try this year and looking for a spice base to start with.
