Here's a photo of the new base and rings being offered by Glen Seekins. He designs them to be rugged and lightweight. Builds 'em on his own CNC machinery. These are mounted on a .308 Win, Rem 700P and have been absolutely solid! This is a zero-degree base, but Glen builds them in 10, 20, 25 MOA configurations if you need more elevation.
The zero degree base has been plenty for 600 yard shooting with the .308 Win/168 grain match ammo.
