No offense, but taking as long as it has is bringing this thought from me. Either hire a real company that knows how to build a website, or get out of the online business.

Quite frankly, Shooters Pro Shop just may loose all of my business because I dont have much patience for what appears to me to be either someone who is extreamly incompetent running that operation, or someone doesnt have the balls to fire the current webmaster, and get someone who can get that job done in an expedisious manner. Besides, I've been loading so many Barnes TSX's, I just may never be back.

That was the thought that crossed my mind........

The problem we are having is with the web host. In a way, we have fired them. Unfortunately they will not release the Pro Shop site to be transferred to our new, more reliable web host. Instead of just allowing us the transfer they have decided to push it to the absolute latest that they possibly can. The new web host is very professional unlike our current host. We're very sorry for any inconveniance this may have caused and we are trying to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

AggieDog-

I understand your frustration, believe me. But please ask yourself this.

How many other bullet companies offer their 2nds online? Have a technical support online? We at Nosler are working extremely hard to run this site and the other sites we have.

Please realize that our shop has 3 employees in it. The shop is packed all the time and when they aren't running the shop, they are at the regional sportsman shows. Just give the guys a break, they are still answering the phone for orders.

The site is being held up by the old server. They are not releasing the site to the new server. We have brought in someone to help the situation, but until the old server releases the site, we can't do a thing.

If you fired them, then that is good. Who ever they are, they need to get a life and move on. I expressed the frustration because sometimes I think you should know how your base is feeling.

If I understand the problem correctly (from the description above), if you used a domain name registrar that lets the domain name owner control the DNS entries themselves (ie: you can access the settings yourself via the Web) , then you would not have this problem. You would just make the appropriate DNS entries, for your domain name, to point to the new IP address of the new web server and the problem would be fixed. Something you might want to think about. Personally, I use register.com There are others.

Also, no real need for all of the different URLs (links) that were posted above. Just go to the home page at:

http://www.noslershop.com/

However, not all parts of the new web site are finished.

BTW: The new web site is much better looking and easier to navigate. Good job on that.

BobF. is right in his above,Thanks.

Nosler,
From what little I saw of the "New Site" it looks Good, I to like it better than the old one.
One thing you could do on it is Add the Toll Free Order # on the contact infomation. It would help others like myself who don't yet Trust Web Page Ordering.
