Any kinda wild game cooked properly would work on the inside but being from Arkansas I prefer WPS!!!! The other white meat !!

Siopao is an old favourite. I have never made it, but I have assuredly enjoyed it on many occasions. This would go very well with almost any game. Then, again, oyster sauce and hoisin makes any meat taste good.

My wife went to dinner at a friends house last night and I looked at the take out she came home with and could not recognize much! The mangoes and bug aong was the first thing that hit me when she walked in the door !! Even worse when it's warmed up  the show stopper is Dinaguan and it sends me packing in the other direction :) kinda like Balut !! I wish I had some Starbucks Latte and a couple Showpow hehehe!! I guess a green chili breakfast burrito will have to suffice  ok I gotta run someone made me hungry  more to,come after my green chili fix !!

We always have oyster sauce and hoisin in the fridge. I use a fair amount in cooking.

Sorry but I just had to post pictures of HOT Pandesal

4.5 years and their was no first time  you can find them wherever you can find a Pinoy !

No first time! Are you certain you are familiar with the Philippines?

I have a trash can full of Money Gram and Western Union receipts and own more land their than I do here in NM & CO ! Never been into eating odd foods, stomach says no and brain fully agrees! I can not even do a raw oyster or any kinda crab ? But the walleye are running at PLO and my friend has been limiting out every day with 18" and above and I like me some walleye! Looks like a trip North on I25 is in the near future to The Home of Hero's !

I'm willing to try almost anything--once. I've even tried dinuguan--once. And everyone should try sizzling sisig--once. Kinilaw?

No excuse, Terry. I'm from SE KS, just a few miles from AR, OK and MO.

My stomping grounds as a youngster was SE Ar and SC Ar around Eldorado & Camden just N of Duck Commander area and I can't watch the show until the last couple minutes of the show! Gotta watch all the Frog legs, catfish! crappie, and squirrel being served up  When I hear Happy Happy Happy saying grace for those vittels I come running to the TV! I think Jase could be a relative to my BIL  I have gigged a few frogs in my time when I was a youngster and even a few here in NM not too long ago! I had relatives that lived in Forum, Ar just E of Beaver lake near Withrow Springs State park! hillbilly heaven

Yup, gigging frogs, catching crawdads and catfish, crappie and smallmouth bass was just the life. Then, there was always the squirrels and cottontail which were plentiful in the hardwoods around my home. Picking up black walnuts and pecans each fall was just the life. I didn't know how good I had it as a boy.

I need to do an instructional video on making 40 W gravy as I have never marinated game very much but if I did it would be in Miller light to tenderize it  always used a couple paper sacks to shake my flour in and just throw the steaks in once I got enough salt and pepper mixed in the sack! Then drop it in a cast iron skillet heated to 350 degrees until browned on both sides and then pile them up on a sheet pan with paper towels all over it! Gotta keep the cardiologist busy in my parts! my secret tenderizer will remain secret as I promised to never divulge it's nature nor the procedure as it is too high tech! Doing it this way beer is not even needed!

Yummy, don't forget the lechon, sari sari, pancit, kari kari and the list goes on and on. Hey anybody want to go eat some good filipino food, come on down... :)
