Does anyone own one of these?

Before I incur the wrath of the “AR-15 or die” club, let me say I have owned an AR-15 and simply didn’t care for it. It was loud, heavy and I didn’t like the lines. I sighted it in and played with it at the range. The rest of the time it sat in the corner. Meh.

The Sig Sauer MCX Regulator looks promising to me though. A more traditional profile, AR style upper, and with the 16” barrel one could easily put a can on the end without making it super long.

Any thoughts?

Looks fun and a nice alternative to a standard AR platform. Sig does a nice job with their rifles. I've owned a 716 for a number of years and while it doesn't come out and play too often, it has a place.

For those states that hate AR's it looks to be a good option. Keeping the use of an AR upper makes it double nice!
