Well the traegar did it again, smoked for a time then turned the heat up and finished to a rare to medium rare. The straps were wrapped in bacon after applying rudys rub. The other meats are marinated chicken breats and lamb brats we made the other night. the venison cooked this way is awesome, I love the traegar. Everything is plain awesome!
