sweet - hot mustard

4oz. coleman's dry mustard
1/2 cup malt or regular vinegar
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 1/2 cups sugar
6 eggs

Soak mustard in vinegar for several hours.
Stir in sugar
In a double boiler combine eggs with mixture.
Heat and stir with wire whisk or bamix until smooth
continue to stir until mixture becomes thick


Great for dipping venison sausage into.
 
This does sound very good. I'll shortly have some mule deer sausage that'll be just perfect for dipping. Thanks for posting.
