SWFA sale on Kahles 3-9x42

I received my weekly bulletin from SWFA. This bulletin lists a 3-9x42 American, Kahles scope with 1 inch tube for $499. They are a tough, very good optical scope. I have one on my .338 Federal and it has never failed me. This scope is quite compact and rugged. Mine has been very good in every way. Not particularly a great bargain at this price but the Kahles is a great scope for the money and they are not available very much. Better than any Leupold in this price range.

A very good price, I'd say, Charlie. I have several Kahles on various rifles; I do like them.

DrMike, I have (2) of them, this one and a 3.5-10x50 American and they are built like a tank. Optically they re very competent and they will never wear out, I don't believe?
