Venison
Taco seasoning
Baked eggplant
Chili, from the garden
Corn, from the can
1 Package Lipton Onion Soup
Season with:
Chili powder
Garlic salt
Bake eggplant seasoned with butter, salt, and pepper. When done scoop out and add to venison. Then stuff the eggplant, put cheese on top, bake until cheese melted. Was going to add beans but didn't have any. Still good though. Cilantro, fresh, is really good in this too.

FYI, the next morning, with scrambled eggs, is even better. The venison, sans eggplant, makes a great compliment to eggs.
