I finally got out with some of our bunch to west Texas to hunt javelina and grey foxes. We hunted a 30,000 acre ranch south of Dryden, Texas right on the Rio Grande/Rio Bravo.

The ranch.

The gang. We had a 15 year old young lady on her first hunt along with her mom.

Bob,

I always enjoy your posts. The pictures certainly revive memories of hunts down around Marfa and Alpine and toward Pecos and Brewster Counties. Beautiful country in my estimate. That looks like a very successful hunt.

Bob, that looks like a GREAT hunt in all respects. Good times, good friends, good hunting, and apparently some great food!

Congrats!

we're in!

Also a nice area if you want rattlesnake for dinner. You had a successful hunt and an enjoyable time doing so

Looks like a hoot! I finally figured out how to make javas eat well, let me know if you need to unload some meat!

A memorable hunt for Fotis and his children. Some of my richest memories are extended fishing trips with my daughters and my son. Unfortunately, they never really accompanied me on hunts.
