And she reminded me why I need to take her on more dates!

This group is a new personal best for any of my rifles.
The load is 47.5 gr H1000 behind a 105 A-max. Nosler brass and a fed 210.

This was the first yote I shot with this gun, and it happened to be a 105 A-Max at 465 yards.

My best day with her. Went four for four but could not find the fourth. I lost him in the old sand dunes.

Very awesome Jake! That Savage is really treating you well buddy! Scotty

It's always comforting to hold an old friend, and to see that she still performs as you remember.

Schweet Jake. Nothing like an old girlfriend you can count on putting out.....

Thanks fellas. I have been neglecting this rifle for some time now. I'm glad I got it out and played with it. I'll be loading up a bunch more this week. It will be nice to have all my ammo loaded and waiting for winter to get here.

We start harvest in two days so I need to get as much done as I can before that. Not much time for anything else once harvest starts.

Canola harvest will be first. I tried today but I'm 1.5% to high on the moisture, so thinking in a few days we should be good to go. Normally we start around the 4th, but we are a few weeks behind this year on growing days. Then its on to wheat. We're also in the middle of second cutting hay. Corn won't start till the end of september.

Hoping we can get corn harvest worked out around deer, and elk seasons

Kind of another random thought, but I need to finish my AR project someday. A guy can get a lot of yote control from the cab of a combine!

I can sure tell you're farther south. Canola won't be harvested here until September.
