Aside from the the fiber optics and tritium crosshairs, are these scopes worth the money? Cabelas has the TRG23-2G on sale for a little over $850.

Please give me the good, the bad and the ugly.

Thanks

Very fine glass. A good deal for what is paid. I've shot several, and I like them.

I have an ACOG on my AR and talk about a rugged little feller. And it does a good job of collecting light to for it's size. I have no complaints.

I've got one of the older 3-9x40 Trijicon Accu-Point scopes on a sporter weight .243.... I got the scope for free... so I figured I'd give it a run for the season. The scope has very clear glass and the adjustments are spot on. I'm not sure I like the post style reticule... but it seems to work well on coyotes.

I'll tell you this though... when I'm shelling out that many green-backs on a piece of glass... it better have a gold ring on it.... or an "NF" logo... you know what I mean...
