Trijicon Scope Question

I have a Trijicon 5x20x50 Accupoint on my 300 RUM Sendero.

My Wife has a Leupold VX2 3.5x10x50 on her 300RUM XCR.

We were doing a lot of bushwacking this year, and I came to the conclusion that the larger Accupoint is not a good carry scope for this type of hunting. I love this scope, but need a non-turret style scope.

When looking at the same hillsides, tree covers, and mixed light, the trijicon is hands down a superior scope over her VX2.

So my question is two fold:
1. Does the 3x9x40 accupoint have the same optics and will it have the clarity of the one I have now?
2. Does Leupold make a scope with a 50mm objective that will have the clarity and low light visibility as my Trijicon? If so, which one?

Thanks

WM

Go with the 3-9X40 Trijicon. I'm working up loads on a rifle equipped with this scope at the moment. I've always like Trijicon, and this one is just as clear as any I've handled.
