The oak brush and buck brush removed all but one of the lens covers on my binoculars this year, so I called Vortex to get some new ones. They were great and agreed to ship me new ones asap at no charge. All I can say is great service.
I am glad to hear that another company is standing behind their product .
I know a number of hunters around here that are really speaking highly of Vortex optics!
