Curious to know how many of you sort your brass by weight and what criteria you use to sort? i.e., how much variation do you have when you batch your brass into separate groups. Typically when I reload, I reload in batches of 50 so maybe this won't work for me.

I haven't before but I'm beginning to. Biggest reason is to is that your actually sorting by case capacity so that your pressures are consistent.

Since I am primarily concerned with building hunting ammunition, I've not invested the time to weight sort my brass. I do segregate to similar manufacturer and number of times fired.
