Nothing makes me more angry that finding somebody killing deer on our place without permission! The thing that tops the cake is that this guy had permission to use our shop, rifle range, and hunt yotes. He knew he was not suposed to be here hunting without permission. Then, when confronted about it he lied to my face about it. Funny thing is I saw the whole thing happen from a mile away. He shot the deer not ten yards away from a ten foot NO TRESPASSING sign.

So he has lost the right to be on our place for any reason. It was all I could do not to press charges, and shut the whole place down for everybody. If it wasn't for the 12 year old girls coming out this weekend I think I would.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DO THE RIGHT THING WHEN YOU ARE AFIELD! FOR THE SAKE OF OUR SPORT!!!!

There is something about deer (in particular) that make otherwise sane people drop all pretense of honour and honesty. That is not an excuse, just an observation.

That's too bad and I'm glad you didn't let one ruin it for many who might have the privelege to hunt on your place. Sometimes they don't say anything and draw attention to what they do while they are there so you don't even know it's happened, but I bet there are folks who might find a spot where the fence is down and fix it, or find some trash laying around and pick it up. Good folks are there too! I know I try to treat someone else's property as I would want my place treated.

I'm sure it is frustrating as all heck, but sounds like some young gals will have a ball and maybe even get a deer, and I suspect that will make their year!

I would be angry also, it is really a shame and a pain be get taken advantage of, especially by someone who you gave privileges to. I always make sure that I give back more than I take but not all people believe in the Golden Rule.

Thats too bad, nothing leaves more of a bad taste in my mouth than a person lying, especially when you saw what they had done. I absoulating hate it.

Great way to keep your head Jake and not punish the rest of the hunters who are probably doing the right thing. No matter where your at, you always have 10% who can't seem to pull their head out of their terminal hiding place (BUTT)... Scotty

Not going to lie scotty, I did lose my head a bit and said a few things in front of my daughter that I should not have. I was pretty hot.
