This is the first time I have ever went shooting with a friend and it was a good time. He has a Ruger M77 in .270 that shot well. The problem is that his grandpa reloaded for him years a go and is now gone. He has a fair amount of ammo left but it is mixed up. The powder and bullets are the same but the weight is either 60 grains or 59. He shot well and really enjoyed the time. His plan is to buy a die set, powder, and bullets and come to my house to use the press and scale I have. He has 2 little kids so by coming to my place he can focus on load develpment.

My 22-250 shot okay but not as good as last time with 35.9 grains. Today I had 36.0 grains and shot

.737, .926, and .799. Now I am going to play with depth.

The biggest issue today was the 6.5 Grendel. It shot like crap and I know it can do better. Using 123 Amax and XBR 8082

26.0=1.005
26.1=1.735
26.2=1.658

What I don't get with this rifle is I have shot .221 with 24.5gr and the next time is shoots .996". I have shot .386 with 26.0gr and in the last 6 times out with it shot .809", .661", .722", .429", .991", and 1.005" I don't understand why the groups keep getting bigger and bigger each time I shoot. I guess that I had some lucky groups and now I am seeing an average. I just wish I could get it shooting .75" or less every time. I am starting to also question the scope and if is holding a true zero after every shot?
